VP of Sales & Marketing
At SYSTMS of NY, Ed is the company VP of Sales & Marketing and a board member. With over 30 years of diverse experiences working for Fortune 500 and SMB companies, Ed has worked his way up through the ranks to his current position.
Ed's background consists of working as a computer technician in manufacturing, customer service field engineering, major account sales, sales training, sales training management, world-wide sales consulting, and sales management. Over the last 20 years, Ed had a 15 year run of successful selling to major accounts in upstate New York and traveled nationwide providing sales consulting and training to large sales teams of Fortune 100 companies. Ed is a USMC veteran, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer of SYSTMS of NY, Stephen oversees the accounting and corporate finance departments. Stephen is a graduate of Cornell University where he earned his bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and Management, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining SYSTMS of NY, Stephen worked in the equipment leasing industry with First American Equipment Finance, where he specialized in helping companies keep up with the latest and greatest technology through lease-based refresh programs. Stephen resides in Fairport, New York with his wife Katie.
Chief Solutions Architect, Shareholder, and Board Member
Tony Aina is a Chief Solutions Architect, member of the board, and one of the founding partners of SYSTMS of NY, Inc. Tony is an IT professional with more than 17 years of experience in delivery, designing, consulting, configuration, Novell, Microsoft, Security, and Networking engineering for both the public and private sectors.
Tony has a broad base of real world knowledge of Microsoft Systems, specializing in Microsoft Active Directory, Security and various Network Technologies. During his years in the field he has received multiple awards for enterprise level deployments of Novell NDS, Microsoft Active Directory from various companies. He has worked for Western NY Computing and has consulted with such firms as Kodak, Xerox and Bausch and Lomb. Tony has lead migrations from Netware to Active Directory for Global Crossing Company with more than 25,000 users. In addition he also is a Global Knowledge instructor specializing in Microsoft Windows training. Currently, Tony plays a vital role in providing IT Care Solutions to our existing and new customers.
Chief Solutions Architect, Shareholder, and Board Member
Joseph Aina is a Chief Solution Architect, member of the board, and one of the founding partners of SYSTMS of NY, Inc. Joe is an IT professional with more than 23 years of experience in delivery, designing, and configuration, Microsoft, Security, and Networking engineering for both the public and private sectors.
Most recently he was a Lead Security Analyst for a large telecommunication carrier where he was responsible for the design and implementation of security infrastructure at the enterprise level. Joe has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies where he successfully implemented global and national security related infrastructure designs. In addition he was a Marine Corp Sergeant responsible for battle field Data Communications. He has a broad base of experience in the field and real world knowledge of Microsoft Systems, specializing in Microsoft Active Directory/Exchange and Security. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (+ Security) and has received multiple awards for enterprise level deployments of Active Directory/Exchange from various companies. He also is a Global Knowledge course director and also specializes in Active Directory training. Currently, Joe plays a vital role in providing IT Care Solutions to our existing and new customers.
Director of Services
At SYSTMS of NY Keith is tasked with insuring quality delivery of services and support to our customers 24/7. Keith oversees the day-to-day operations of our Managed Services and Consulting Services and Sales Engineering teams. With an Associate's Degree in Programming and Systems from Mohawk Valley Community College, Keith became a veteran IT professional who obtained over 27 years' experience in systems consulting and data center support. During that time, he mentored and managed several teams of skilled IT professionals. He is a lifelong resident of the Rochester area and has provided technical services to hundreds of Rochester businesses during his career. Keith has years of experience providing IT services to multiple sectors of IT such as: state and local federal government, legal, education, manufacturing, services, and telecommunications organizations.
Inside Technical Support Representative
Scott Noble joined SYSTMS of NY in February 2012 as an inside technical care representative. With over 12 years in the information technology industry, Scott has held positions in outside sales, purchasing, software testing, customer service and inside sales throughout his career. His knowledge and interest in vendor relations, product sourcing and configuration, and quoting tools and implementation allow him to provide superior service to the customer and the outside sales team. At SYSTMS of NY, Scott is responsible for supporting the outside sales team and the customer through the development of quotes for managed services and consulting services as well as IT products and training; developing relationships with distributors and vendors for product acquisition, maintaining a vendor database and creation of effective proposals and RFP responses. He has an associate's degree in business management from Monroe Community College.
As the Office Administrator of SYSTMS of NY, Lisa Szkolnik coordinates daily office operations and activities. Prior to joining SYSTMS of NY, Lisa spent several years living abroad in Italy before returning to the states. She has experience in sales, office administration, and customer service. She is a graduate of Syracuse University where she earned a Master's in Art History and also holds a diploma in Administrative Assistance from Penn Foster University. At SYSTMS of NY, Lisa supports the sales team in processing and tracking all sales and purchase orders; managing front office, HR, and sales documentation; coordinating all travel and employee schedules, assists in marketing and social media, maintains a customer database, and supports the executive team.
